The Western Illinois Builders Association in conjunction with the Carl Sandburg College Foundation awards the M. Brad Johnson Memorial Scholarship to several students each year.  Requirements include the student is a resident of Fulton, Henderson, Knox or Warren Counties, has a 2.5 GPA or higher, and is enrolled in any degree or certificate program at Carl Sandburg College.  Preference is given to students who are employees or immediate family members of current Western Illinois Builders Association members.

Scholarship applications must be submitted online after December 1st on the STARS scholarship website, STARS.sandburg.edu.  Deadline for submission of scholarship application is February 15th.
